Critical Security Notice: Upgrade to OneDev 16.8.4

We have fixed a critical security vulnerability in OneDev 16.8.4. The vulnerability allows a user with Code Write or Create Workspace permission on a project to access all files accessible to the OneDev server process.

Upgrade to OneDev 16.8.4 as soon as possible. We strongly recommend treating this update as urgent.
