License Agreement

The EE module (file starting with "io.onedev.server-ee" under "lib" directory) is licensed under the commercial license described below
All other files (non-EE files) are licensed under the standard MIT license unless licensed separately with associated license terms
This license notice shall be included in all copies of the Software

The Commercial License

EE module ships together with OneDev binary distribution to provide subscription based features. You shall not decompile/modify any part of it, or use any part of it in other work. Additionally, you shall not use encryption keys contained in it to encrypt or decrypt custom data.

Functionalities offered by EE module of OneDev will be unlocked and shall only be used with an active subscription (either trial or formal). Subscription shall only be activated and extended with a valid, exclusive, and unused subscription key (either trial or formal) issued by OneDev Pty for current installation.

THE SOFTWARE AND ITS RELATED DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND ONEDEV PTY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ONEDEV PTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITYTO USE THE SOFTWARE OR RELATED DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF ONEDEV PTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONEDEV PTY LIABILITY EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID, IF ANY.
